More Instability than can be usually expected
Better mods somewhere else (I am mostly familiar with nexus)
1: You'll realize how much QoL Fatshark has skipped out on and refuse to implement. That can annoy you.
2: Mods will increase your enjoyment of the game, resulting in more hours played. Maybe too many hours played.

some. for example encountering a bad server while running "psych ward" will result in an endless reconnect loop, forcing you to alt f4.
some mods are discord/github based and are simply unavailable on nexus. for example "for the drip".
Disconnect - brings you back to character select from any point in the game.
Are probably the most essential mods. You'll never have to load the Morningstar again.
