Still a stuttery mess?
Last time I checked, be it at release, a few months after as well, netcode related stutter, cpu issues and poor gpu utilization among other things still plagued the game. I never had a stutterfree round in my entire life with this game. Stopped playing it because of it. Anyone who still plays it, can say, if it got better or even worse?

that usually indicates shaders, which get precompiled. maybe your shader cache is broken. but i had NON shader related stutters in all the missions for all my hours. so none of the issues related to you i think.

It was precompiled yes , but the game clearly still compiled shaders for the first 1-3 missiosn AFTER FIRST INSTALL.
then not anymore.

so you are saying their shader precompilation is not really reliable and its a mixed system? if thats the case, it could be 1 to 3 missions shaders but if it doesnt stop, something else goes on. cleaninstalling and checking hardware didnt help. well i will install and see if anything changed since i last played it. seems its no issue for you. maybe an amd gpu issue since i have one. do you have nvidia or amd?

Yes thats what i say.

I got a 6800XT and it runs beautifully everything high with RT on low ( Its anyway first gen RT hardware so understandable why RT tanks fps so much on it )

Windows 11 23 2h (if your on 24 2h its likely that this is the source of your bugs its BUGGY AF )

if you have the newest Windows 10 update ( i think its called 23 2h on win10 instead of 24 2h ) then you likely got the same buggy mess installed.

Almost the same setup here, gave up on the game because of stutters. Would not completely go away no matter what I did.

No.

If yes, your pc is bad.

If pc not bad, your settings are bad.

NVME SSD too? The texture streaming with direct storage is heavy

Firmware updated ? samsung had multiple... bad firmwares even to the extend early killing their Nvme.
Weirdly it also only got 1gb of Dram but i guess thats better than nothing still plenty for game texture streaming just weird at that price range.
