That extra 1% for the health and toughness isn't the end of the world at any rate, just use what you have and you'll eventually get lucky.
But then again 1%, or 3%, doesn't matter without OCD.
The hourly shop RNG seems to have gotten less generous post Unlocked and Loaded with regard to curios now that they are the last piece to grind. Log in 24 times per day all week long and you likely won't find even one max HP or toughness curio there.
Since ingots now serve little purpose for blessing farming after the update, you can safely drown Melk in your weekly efforts in search of the perfect curios.
For 17% Toughness minimum 410 is needed and 420 for 21% Health.
That being said I do think these are also rounded, unlikely for Stamina but the other two mentioned. Wound Curios are fix +1 Wound.
"Psych_ward" mod helps to easily access Armoury and other vendors from char selection menu. Not needed with a single char or at least way less helpful.
