Do Chaos Cults fight with each other?
Like if another chaos faction was introduced to the game. For example some Slaneesh cult based on the populace of the upper levels of the hive. Could we see them fight with each other during missions?

I kknow most of the Chaos Gods hate Slaneesh and Tzeentch just likes to troll around in general. It could be a fun addition to the game?

It's quite common for different Chaos factions to fight each other unless a united front is necessary to reach some important goal.
Has things changed that much since the Horus Heresy? At that point, all chaos cults were united under the banner of the warlord Horus Lupercal. I'm not entirely sure, but after the fratricidal wars in the Black Legion, aren't there also different Chaos Space Marine Chapters fighting under Abbadon's flag?

Chaos Gods fight for control over same planets so obviously they fight. Chaos Gods also hate each other so they fought to begin with. They only ever unite in special occasions.

The Dark Gods don't often work together, and certainly less so all Four at once. The Horus Heresy was the outlier, not the norm. Also it was 10,000 years previous to the current setting, so things change.

The Black Legion isn't different Legions of CSM together, but CSM from different Legions working together as the Black Legion.

So the Chaos Gods work together through the Black Legion?

No, servants of the Chaos Gods work together to achieve their personal goals.

The Black Legion are the chosen undivided faction, they worship all four making them the representation of unity of the four. Unlike the others who are god specific or undivided and do things in there own methods. Black Legion is still kinda the representation of chaos united.

I would say the representation of Chaos Undivided would be Word Bearers, since they actually worship all four Dark Gods. The Black Legion are just black & gold Ultramarines; they are the basic CSM that use a little of everything.

The Chaos Gods work through their Greater Daemons and Chosen, not through the CSM legions as a whole.
Ultramarines? As far as I have come in W40k history, this chapter has always been associated with the Loyalists. Are there also renegade UMs?

Chaos cultists fight. All of the time. Probably even more than they fight non-cultists. There's always infighting, fighting over resources, and fighting over theological differences - even under the same god. They bicker and splinter constantly. For example the Blood Pact, a famously well-organized Khorne warband, had one of its leaders create his own warband, the Sons of Sek, and he plans to use it to coup the Blood Pact itself at first opportunity.

They're more like Ork tribes, really. Sometimes someone really big and really scary comes along and unites them in a common goal, but for the most part, they love killing each other.

I think what they meant was that the Black Legion are the poster boys of Chaos Undivided in franchise marketing, similar to how Games Workshop uses Ultramarines as the brand-recognizable, quintessentially loyalist space marine.

Yes, thank you.

While Chaos cults act generally as bitter rivals, here on Atoma there hasn't been any report of such infighting. The traitorous Moebian 6th has pledged allegiance to the Cult of Admonition, as you can see in a segment of the introduction trailer where Wolfer kneels down before a Scab leader: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JUsHpTWVa0&t=21s

there's only one chaos faction involved here. the elements of the 6th were taught about the cult of admonition's beliefs as an alternative to being ground into meal in the emperor's name.
