Graphics settings and mod options reset

I booted up the game today (last time I played was a couple days ago) and all of my graphics settings and mod settings were completely reset. Is there any way to bring them back? Where are these stored? And how anyone else had this issue? I think it happened after I downloaded an NVIDIA graphics driver update.

I had to redo everything manually too. I don't think it's stored somewhere.

For next time, after adjusting your settings, set them to read-only or make a backup copy on a different text file! "user_settings.config"
