Rashad mk 2 is currently the most used and probably the best right now with headtaker/decimator. + brutal momentum. Perks being unarmored and maniacs

Rashad is best due to finesse stat! I run shred & brutal momentum on it!

I dislike combat axes - yes, Antax Mk V Combat Axe is best among them, but generally they are meh

I prefer tactical axes

Or knife :steamhappy:

I prefer antax because its special action can reliably stun lock muties and ragers, where as the other two are much more finicky.

Knife is the best combat axe
all three are pretty good and easy to use, with very similar movesets and stats. antax unfortunately trades finesse for mobility which gives it the worse spread of the bunch, but the other two are so close that i wouldn't sweat it, grab whatever you can get without spending a trillion dockets.

Blessings wise brutal momentum is excellent. Shred, headtaker, decimator, and thrust are all fine in different ways. The other blessings aren't bad but don't have as much uptime.

Overall the combat axes are very easy to use, but I found them a little boring and a little limited compared to other picks.

MK 5 w/ ignore hit mass on weakspot hit (Brutal Momentum any rank)

I like the Mark V the best. Brutal Momentum is a must if you're going to run Combat Axe.

Would you guys run it with blazing piety and go crit build? Or run inexorable judgement?

Same, though I run mine on my veteran.

I run crit build with it and it works very well.

I like crit builds and Blazing Piety ofc
So everything that doesn't fits crits well is bad for me)
So I would prefer Atrox Mk II Tactical Axe

If you like combat ones - ok, just never pick Achlys Mk VIII Combat Axe - it's a trap :steamhappy:

All 3 keystones work with pretty much any weapon, because they're all different flavours of melee attack buffs. I like Judgement with it because you run so fast.

Why is the atrox better for crit builds? Does it have more innate crit?
