They could, I expect the reason they don't is that it would increase their hosting costs. One server with 4 people in vs 4 servers with 1 person in.
You'd also immediately get a large number of people complaining about the quality of the bots too, which would put pressure on them to improve the AI, and make them customisable and so on.
We will probably see them talk about more stuff in February, and then deliver it in Spring. Then later on talk about more stuff, and deliver it in mid to late October.
What a great Live-Service game we have in our libraries. I guess FS does not know what a Live-Service game actually is, or the lied their butts off. It is the 2nd one, just to let you know. They lied their butts off about their game.
