Imperial Edition worth it?

The Imperial Edition bundle (base game + soundtrack + deluxe cosmetics) is currently sold at half of its usual price. Since I'm going to buy the base game, I might throw in an extra €5 to get the upgrade.
Yes, I know the DLC has been reviewed-bombed out of spite for the currency offered to the console peasants.

Objective questions: how common are the cosmetics? Does half of the playerbase wear them?

Subjective questions: how good do they look? Compared with non-shop items?

I think the cosmetics are decent but nothing special and it's somewhat rare to see people use them now that there are other sets in the store.

It's a good deal for ~5€/$ since the premium currency can be used to buy another set.

I bought the Imperial edition at launch because I love Vermintide 2. Since I ended up loving Darktide too, I have zero regrets.

Having said that, only buy it if you want to support Fatshark. Otherwise, simply buy it on sale.

The cosmetics are decently common, you rarely ever see a full team in them but I see someone wearing it every five games or so.

They're the exact same models as some of the unlockable cosmetics, but black. You have to spend 30-50 hours in poopy prisoner clothes before unlocking the non-ugly cosmetics usually.

No it is not, bгt it gives you 2400 prem currency, and you can get on sale all those things for a price of 2400 prem currency.

The black digi camo skins are so worth it. I still wear them to this day because all the premium cosmetics are dog water.

Good base cosmetics for every class, premium currency enough to buy a full outfit, and the soundtrack. Tough to go wrong. Give Fatshark a little extra money to show your love.
