AMD - no more lag spikes

Since 1,5 week I was having lag spikes, fps dropping from 90 - 100 to 40 - 50 for a brief moment for no obvious reason.
Tried many things but none seem to work.
Rolling back to the previous driver solved the problem.
Adrenalin new driver: 23.12.1 (to avoid)
Adrenalin previous driver: 23.11.1 (good one)

I'm still on 23.10.2 lol, haven't updated in a couple of months.

I downloaded 23.12.1 and it was terrible. Stutters ever few seconds. I had to download a program from AMD to clean up all the old drivers in my system and reinstalled driver 23.11.1. Now it's back to normal.

Thank you! Roll back to 23.11.1 drivers worked to remove the stutters. FINALLY!!!

Funny thing is, i moved from 2070 to 7800xt, so 23.11.1 were my first ever amd drivers, no problems, and already after updating i have problems in games. While using 2070 for 5 years didnt have any bugs and glithes in any game related to drivers.

Thing is, AMD drivers were creating problems in the past (2018-2019) which were solved already a long time ago. The problems we now experienced with the new 23.12.1 isn't representative for the fluent gameplay we get normally...

I can confirm this also, 23.12.1 gave stutters every 5-10 seconds. Rolled back to 23.11.1 and gone completely.

And here I was raging and mad that Fatshark broke the game with a patch, glad you provided this info.

I had the 23.12.1 stutter, but enabling Adrenaline to show the metrics overlay down in the corner of the screen solved it for me.
Weird driver bug !
