Rank me the best modern Warhammer games to buy before sale ends

Can be both Warhammer and 40k but honestly I am mainly interested in 40k

I only ever played dark tide and just love the hell out of this game dark tide is one of the best games I ever played

I wanna know where martyr Inquisitor also ranks on this list

Multi player is important to me and should have modern graphics but if there is a single player that's truly worth my time I could give it a try

Martyr is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Most 40k games are pretty bad tbh. Total War is good. Dawn of War 1 and 2 is good but you want modern graphics.

W40k Dawn of War, WInter, Assault, Dark Crusade. Old RTS games but these are the best 40k games ever made. No contest.

Also Dawn of War 2, Chaos RIsing, Retribution. Little less old but community is a little more split on those. I for one love those as well.

No one really plays them anymore but the single player for all of those games i listed are fantastic.

For non 40k, tww1-2 (3 is questionable) and maybe age of reckoning.
Most others are medicore.

There's also Vermintide, the fantasy version of Darktide. The Chaos Gate game was a pretty decent 40K XCom. And Space Marine was a pretty good single player story game.

TW is hot garbage, Oh look I have to ally with a Demon faction..... as High Elves..... because humans are too strong.

Space Marine 1 is good. Martyr is ok if you like ARP. There is a tonne of utter garbage. This game has gotten a lot better.

All VERY different games. Each scratch a different itch.

I have no desire to play Mechanicus for probably some time but man is that a good game and the music is on point. Turn based i just cant play long term.
Martyr is very good. Kind like Grim dawn but in 40k. Feels like less customization, but the builds you can make in Martyr can really be something special. Not alot to do 'end game'
Darktide. Well this one is great but you know that. Music, chaos and lots of people playing make it a different experience in most missions.

I'd choose those for me out of
Gladius
Space Marine 2 ->but this is real close to being on the list(just havnt finished it yet)
Battlesector
Dawn of War
Battlefleet Gothic
Space Hulk:Deathwing.
