That's preaty weak node.
It gives up to 50% increased damage on weakpoint hits. Which isn't bad, especially on larger enemies.
I lose a bit of damage but the survability goes up by quite a margin.
left keystone is pretty good still tho, especially with the infantry autoguns (colomnus V is naaasty with it).
dunno what they buffed on the infantry autoguns but they're monstruous on sharpshooter vet. just strap dum dum on one with flak damage and go to town
And if it already applies to crits, does it compound even further for headshots?
As I understand it, it's crits OR weakpoint hits.
So a crit hit on a weakpoint would work out the total damage, then add a single 50% increase on it.
I didn't test body shot crits, but would assume the damage increase would apply for crits there too.
50 > 30
And Vet left node is not too bad, just inconvenience to maintain stack when you got to melee to defend yourself or when you try to keep your stack when bossing, which can be kinda fix with crab-walking talent.
Just be prepare to lose of out on a LOT Vet favorite talents if you want to use keystone tho.
Critical weakspot has its own finesse damage multiplier.
If you wanna see something funny, stack up this talent and use a lasgun with deadly accurate.
Is'nt bad? It's litterally one of the best stats for that weapon, may I remind you there is a tier 4 blessing that only increase this stat by 15%? So 50% is incredibly good, especially put together with a flat damage on hit blessing like slaugtherer ect.
the fact i can oneshot shotgunners and gunners with 15 stacks (or maybe less) with lazpistol is nuts and now i wouldn't trade anything for it, and my boss damage (so long i can hit their weakpoints, ♥♥♥♥ chaos spawn/Fleshbag head hitbox) is substantially increased
