Couple of arrows in a row and blue -> be more quick
Skull symbol and red -> deal more damage
Spinning arrow and Yellow -> refresh your action skill cooldown
Seems to make sense to me (i'd maybe change the color of the celerity Stimm to be purple instead of yellow but I think the symbols are fine).
Its fine for Red Hypoctites to help with creation of literal concentration camps but dont you dare to use anything even close to their symbol in your games. No no no.
I like it the way it is. There wouldn't be crosses in the 40k creed
Ever tagged a Medicae station? Take a look next time.
I highly doubt that after 40.000 years or "just" even 10.000 years, anyone would make that connection.

The Medicae symbol we have in game is not a cross. A cross is part of the design but its not a cross, its a stylized variation reminicent of the medicae symbol. Distinct enough not to run into copyright issues.
