Best settings for graphics and performence?

tittle says it all, does anybody have a link or a guide to a good settings guide? i dont know much about settings so would love to see if there is anything that can improve my fps :)

vol lightning medium
ambient occlusion medium
lens flare garbage off
subsurface scattering (skin) off
fov max 102

rt_checkerboard_reflections = false
rt_light_quality = "false"
rt_mixed_reflections = false
rt_particle_reflections_enabled = false
rt_reflections_enabled = false
rt_shadow_ray_multiplier = false
rt_transparent_reflections_enabled = false
rtxgi_enabled = false
rtxgi_scale = 0.5
it improved my fps by alot
