What do you even do with gold in this game?
I just see a couple useless weapons now and again in the shop but I am always missing the pastelle thing to bless the weapons

Can gold be used to buy these stuff and if so how?

gamble your money at the armory trying to get profane weapons with good base rating and good rolls then brick them at hadron by getting awful perks/blessings from consecration

Uhhh probably don't do that unless you just want to delete all your dockets.

The actual answer is buy cosmetics and reroll contracts. Most weeks I'm having to spend upwards of 100-200k rerolling contracts because implementing a system where you get to select your contracts for the week is immeasurably complex.

Spend it on weapons.

We should get a option to place bets on who will end up dead, like a Pool of death or something :steamhappy:

Edit: Obvious reference to Deadpool is Obvious
Also, don't actually, since I can imagine such a system can get pretty toxic for the community overall.

After you get the outfit you want from the store, you just spend it on trying to get weapons with 370-380 stats that didn't roll poorly. You can also reroll contracts I guess but if you have 3 or 4 characters then sire melks currency is plentiful.

Outfits, better weapons. Requisition grey ones and upgrade to gold. Getting a decent weapon is not that easy. If you have all classes - you need PLENTY of gold and resources, you know.

Number go up, make brain tickle.

so to get a blessing of your choice you have to salvage an already existing exact weapon then it goes to your menu.

Then you can rebless any weapon with 1 blessing and then hope the last one is god tier and if not sell and repeat?

so basically the trick is to buy blue weapons and salvage it for good blessings? by clicking earn blessing so that then becomes permanent to use on any amount of weapons?

You can buy blue weapons or you can upgrade greys to blue and then hope the blessing is good and take it off of that, and yeah once you have a take a give up a weapon for a blessing you have that blessing forever. Its important to remember that you can change any 2 things on a weapon besides stats. Meaning you could change out both blessings if your perks rolled good.

thanks for agreeing

most store cosmetics are minor pallete swaps and gambling money at the armory, while it sucks, is more fruitful than buying those cosmetics

also consecration is the best way of getting blessings anyways, unless you just wanna wait 20 years for melk to decide to give you smth you want

How many times are you rerolling? There aren't that many options to roll, and only 2 or 3 of them are that bad.
TaKo Nov 10, 2023 @ 2:21pm
yeah actually are you just rerolling until getting the highest possible melk buck reward ones?

considering how awful most things he offers this seems like an insane thing to do and waste money on

Depends on how bad the RNG is. Last week I spent about 150k rerolling, this week less than 10. I.e. I'm trying to get high difficulty /max payout versions of desirable contracts. So if I get a med difficulty kill x with y, or med difficulty collect plasteel, I try to reroll it to a high diff one for a bigger payout.

It is absolutely asinine that we can't simply choose to upgrade the difficulty within a given contract type, or for that matter that we can't choose our contracts, but that's fartshart for you.

Anyway, re: collecting rank IV blessings, the actual cheapest way to try to collect them is to buy greens, not blues or greys as virtually everyone is saying for some reason. Buy the greens, upgrade them to blue, and if you get lucky you might get a desirable rank IV blessing. Most times you won't get lucky, however, and unless you're absolutely drowning in plasteel, you probably aren't going to want to go all the way up to orange for not even a guaranteed rank IV blessing.

Yes that's going to be a painfully slow process, together with checking melk's junk shop every day, but rank IIIs are perfectly adequate unless you want to push absolutely every single weapon to the best it can be. A rank III of a desirable blessing is, in most cases, perfectly adequate.

Says the guy who blind-buys random greys from the requisition shop. Total waste of dockets in my opinion, but you do you and I'll do me.
