Objectively/numerically the MK 6. The MK 3 is slightly easier to use, but overall worse in every other aspect. Take the time to learn the MK 6 it will take you much further.

Don't take my word for it. Take the word of an expert.
If you're running a build where you only use melee for quick horde clears, "easy to use" becomes the main reason to use it. If you're running with Pasma and Kraks, you do not need it for anything else.
Different weapons work better for different situations.
MK6 - harder sword with some nice variations with how you punch and what you punch.
1) For horde - just light attacks, also you will attack way faster and way from charge to punch is way faster than on MK3 heavy.
2)For ragers - just heavy attacks, they are a bit worse vs horde so in situations ragers+horde this sword sometimes a bit worse.
3)For maulers, crushers, reapers, bullwarks, bosses - push-attack+overhead.(+heavy if you have power cycler 4(or plus light at the end if you was doing this close to horde)) This thing deal more damage to them and with my weird build crushers and maulers die from push-attack+overhead, and reapers and bullwarks die from one push-attack.
