I dunno, Psyker Seer and other characters keep talking about that Zola is very sus. Aren't those pesky Jean Stealers all bald? Is she wearing wig or something? I don't think she's corrupted to Chaos or something, seems like Genestealers are the only reasonable answer.

From what I understand, it's not so much they think she's suspicious, but there's some kind of internal conflict going on. The psykers specifically allude to seeing her fighting herself in a dream, that she's keeping a secret that she isn't even aware of, etc. So it's clear this is either very personal or something she isn't even aware she's doing.

It's vague enough that it could be any number of things: warp contamination, subsconsciously questioning the imperium or being influenced by chaos, unknowingly helping or becoming part of the gene stealers, etc.

She has experience with the water cartels on Atoma, so it's definitely possible she's been compromised by genestealers, but we'll have to wait and see.

Yeah, my psyker sometimes say she dreamed about not one but TWO Zolas and she was fighting them. Weird.

Neither Morrow nor Zola can be a "genestealer" or even a hybrid, obviously. Because they do not look like them at all.
Neither are they infected with a genestealer germ. It is rather easy to detect for an inquisitorial band, not to mention Hadron. And i bet all members get medical checks often. Given that you fight, well, Nurgle cult.

a) People that are influenced are infected with a very well known germ. Known from times when the Emperor was still walking among men.
b) They are only influenced in a way to maximise procreation drive and protection of their malformed hybrid progeny.
c) Your damn ship has multiple psykers. And influence is a psychic link from the damn patriarch that is VERY HARD TO MISS.
