The new builds are just so powerful, breeze through everything.
I think they need to do a vermintide and add another difficulty honestly.
Auric Mealstrom is the only mode where you can really fail with the terrible randoms that for some reason play it. But even that is fairly easy to complete with a full team of competent players.
I use to only do heresy too but can't beat it and I'm even almost losing malice with randoms. The new builds are strong but without a team who actually wants to finish a mission it's hard to not get party wiped.
Are you breezing through heresy missions that have a difficulty modifiers?
I find that hard to believe but maybe the more competent people play damnation. I barely did any damnation missions and have mostly be doing heresy.
I had a match with randoms go so smoothly the other day I thought I must of accidentally match made into malice, but no, it was high intensity damnation.
the only consistent factor is your skill. everything else, ranging from enemy spawns to your squad mates, is purely RNG.
thankfully your skill can counter most of the RNG, should you have it at all.
Could be a skill issue ?
The real pain in the ass are the random who engage fight with Daemonhost. It ruins a run
