Quell Speed - What is this?

So as a topic says - what the hell is this? Im playin psayker and see it in skill tree but it not affect a CAST SPEED as I tested and in the middle tree I see a SPEED CAST for Brain burst and thats no a QUEEL SPEED

Quelling is reducing the warp build up with your R key* (my bad I just got up)

Edit: Only affects when you quell with that weapon. Also high quell speed is important.

No, quelling is pressing the R key to vent your Peril and Quell Speed affects the rate of said venting. What you are talking about is Warp Resistance.

It's how fast you can dissipate your peril meter, default button is R on psykers.
