Zealot is the strongest character this patch

Tried all subclasses and I think Zealot has the strongest option, with Psyker being a close second. All classes are totally viable as they have always been. Ogryn is much better now too and has more of a reason to exist. Veteran is pushed more into the specialist killing niche, which too is completely reasonable.

The strongest subclass I've found was Zealot crit + Holy Relic. It completely trivializes the game for everyone in the team except the absolute most braindead allies (which there are a surprisingly large amount of currently). With the combat knife you can cast Holy Relic every 10 or so seconds and it stuns everything - including bosses. Then ends in a +15% unconditional damage bonus for everyone for the downtime.

Psyker Assail spam with Shriek is the second best option. The darts regenerate stupid fast and Shriek allows you to spam it at no risk. Clears anything but enemies in cover/carapace with ease and at barely any skill required.

Ogryn nuke is the best grenade. Instant, free "try again" for the team upon being thrown.

Yea he is brutal, but nothing beats Ogryn with Point-Blank and fire node in dps. You can stun all you want, even be invincible but in that same time Ogryn will melt them all.

I've tried this and it's middling at best. Ammo economy is terrible, VERY inaccurate and stealth Zealot with Hammer still kills monstrosities faster. Funny meme build though.

Zealot is godly, yes. Just have to avoid traps

zealot is far from the best this patch, every character is much better but psyker and ogryn reign supreme, the only thing that makes zealot worthwhile is one shotting bosses

They intend to nerf the holy relic stun to first and last pulse for bosses.

All the classes have strong sustain and powerful damage options. When you get to Veteran its just powerful damage options. But Kraks are cool and the Guard never surrenders so I'm finally joining the underdogs. Since I've basically just followed whatever is underperforming atm.

Rippergun is great but i still feel the Stubber is a better all round weapon.

I legit average 400k damage every match, you're telling me you can average more when Psyker assail build also exists?

just to be clear im not doubting the zealots power and ability (i love having one around to remove the larger mobs) but i am yet to see a zealot able to keep up
