just yesterday I got domed by a sniper I couldn't get, but I managed to ping them, then my squad mosies over one at a time to try and res, you can guess what happened afterwards

Been taking out every single sniper I can get my aim on, issue starts to happen when I get left slightly behind by the rest of the squad because I have to AIM unlike they who can just sprint forwards, so I end up getting swarmed by trashmobs while trying to get my sights onto the Sniper.

If it wasn't for trashmobs literally crawling out of the damn walls every 5 seconds I'm fairly certain I could shut down snipers permanently. Like, what's the point of the ''no enemies within 8 meters'' perks when enemies literally spawn next to me?

Very relevant opinion from a guy with less than 42 hours played. Just git gud and learn to dodge shots which are charging longer than time you need to start crying about other people not playing how you want them to play.

It's also your responsibility to keep trash mobs off the veteran so he can do his job and kill the sniper. Co-op games tend to work like this

Yep. You have no expirience, that is shown by your great idea that some particular class should be killing snipers and if a player of this class is not killing it than it's his fault, and your playtime only confirms it. You did not have time to master classes and understand how they work. You did not master higher difficulties to understand how specials and spawner work . But you still feel confident to make a "guide" on the things you understand on the lowest possible level

Well if you want to be that condescending i recommend you folow your own advice and invest a couple hundred hours into real life social interaction. It seems you are stuck on the ♥♥♥♥ class

Veteran sharpshooter is a godsend, especially against snipers. You can countersnipe with a shotgun reliably.

Um, no. He's not saying Snipers are exclusively the responsibility of Veterans, he's saying Veterans should shoot them when they can.

I like playing Veteran and he is correct. When I'm on Ogryn or some close range setup, it's really annoying when the Vet isn't doing what they should.

Should a veteran shoot a sniper on-sight? Depends, if Vet is stuck in melee he can`t realisticly shoot down a sniper.
The lesson here folks is this of you can put a sniper down - do it, no need to wait for a vet to do this and no need to cry if your vet is too bussy to do so.

Yes, but sometimes Veterans will ignore them even when they could shoot them and it's annoying for the team. I always prioritize them as it's very detrimental not to.
