You have 4 Exceedingly Powerful Individuals which have Proven their Value in Combat against Chaos Forces and have become Official Agents of an Inquisitors Retinue.

So an Assassin would not be an Issue in terms of Power.
The Background Story is a Bigger Issue tough.
As while an Assassin being Part of an Inquisitors Retinue would not be an Issue.
He would not be in Prison. He would have been Executed Immediately.
Meaning for such a Class there would need to be a completely new Background Story.
As for the Topic.
I would Prefer more Standard Classes.
Main Classes I would want to See.
1.
Ratling Veteran.
Which would have Subclasses of:
Infiltrator: Focus on Stealth and Sneak Attacks.
Sniper: Focus on Long Range Firearms.
Sapper: Focus on Explosives and Grenades.
2.
Skitarii Veteran.
Which would have Subclasses of:
Skitarii Ranger: Focus on Ranged Weapons
Skitarii Vanguard: Focus on Melee Weapons.
Skitarii Tech Adept: Focus on Abilities.
3.
Noble Scion
(This would be a bit Special. Because the Subclass would be alot more Specialized as Noble Scions usually go into very Distinct Special Forces Branches)
Basicly being a:
Komissar: With Focus on Command and Buff Abilities.
Tempestus Scion: With Focus on Heavy Weapons
or an Honor Guard: With Focus on Power Weapons.
you can agument most of these on to the current classes expect for the Sktarri and the Rattling.
I disagree with the Noble scion it not a class it not even a feature the temepstus scion i can agree, and you can create a honour guard with more power weapons. and the Kommissar is the middle branch of the Veteran tree. i would agree with the Scion wiedling a Heav weapon as an ult like dawi engi in v2. but with a Heavys stubber or a Hotshot Vollygun. along with Hotshot weapons (ryza,Lucius, Cadian, Marksman rifle, and hotshot Pistol.
their should be a tech adept, rather then a skitarri i would go with vanguard, ranger and rust-stalker/Infiltraitor.
while a tech-adpet would focis on one of the 3 primary branches of tech-studdies generator/Biologies, Artificer and Dominus.
Adding a Ratling would invalidate those exchanges, which I think is unlikely.
I get everyone wants to play the lowly human but, the array of weapons and abilities that would be at the disposal of either death watch or an assassin kill force would have been 10x more interesting and fun then 4 random dudes.
