You can Change all Your Skillpoints at any Time You Wish by either Right Clicking on the Skill You want to Remove. (Needs to First Remove all Skills which Depend on that one) Or by just Resetting the whole Skilltree and Starting from Scratch.
You can Also Save any Skillbuild You make by Pressing the little Plus Sign on the Upper Right Corner of the Screen.
Like it says on the bottom right of the screen, press E to respec.
You can also change one node at a time by right clicking them to free em up one point at a time, but you need to start at the bottom and work your way back up that way. It's a good option if you just want to change the last few perks around or a few optional ones midway through a few of the trees though.
I just press E and start over when setting up builds for different loadouts though.
