best meta build for veteran?

can someone tell me veteran build like which talent tree
which melee and ranged weapon with which blessing

A true meta like the Bolter before patch #13 does not exist. It depends more what you like. But If you like the Sharpshooter part more, then Accatran VId Recon Lasguns crit rending build is maybe worth a try. It's easy to use and can deal with everything that comes your way. It also has insane Boss DMG.
I use a build similar to this one:

Instead of "Voice of Command" I use "Executioner's Stance".
