Fatshark changed my account name?

I gave myself a suitably goofy warhammer name, the game accepted it and let me proceed. Now, I've just got some default, auto-generated name for my character. Why the hell did it just brush over my name?

Snowflake gets butthurt, reports name, name gets auto-flagged to protect internet safe space for other snowflakes.

I'm only trust 8 so far, I'm fine with starting a new character. The gold and stuff all carries over so I'm not fussed.
