Buying Plasteel/Diamantine For Money?

I.e. "dockets" or whatever they call them. Seems like those things are useless after a while, after you've bought all the commissary cosmetics you want.

A question for you fatshark -tide vets: y'all think there's any prospect of them adding that? Or is it more likely to be lol no we want you to keep grinding and accumulating hundreds of thousands of units of useless currency.

dockets eventually just end up getting used to farm max modifier weapons. and once that's done, or you have no interest in doing it, they get useless even faster.

eventually you won't need diamantine because plasteel is both needed and spent at a vastly greater rate.

as both a massive player (and hater) of warframe it wouldn't surprise me if tencent wanted to put plasteel bundles in the game eventually for real money. probably just the massively negative player reaction to the current state of the game and low player count is only thing that's stopped it (imo).

i think being able to buy plasteel with dockets though, whilst great for crafting, would over balance things too far the other way.

if you regularly play damnation and are selective with your crafting the grind isn't TOO bad. it's way worse trying to get a high modifier weapon not to roll garbage perks/blessings than having the plasteel to fund it.

Okay, NOW I'm hitting the plasteel scarcity brick wall. At one point I had about 2-3k plasteel and no diamantine. Think it had to be from running 2s a bunch while levelling, which don't tend to award a ton of diamantine.

But yes, being able to buy plasteel and/or diamantine for dockets would be lovely.
