you can use the same name for every champ.

it seems like someone has to report you directly to FS for anything to be done with names, I've seen plently of funni racist names floating about now in matches.

I dunno the details but someone wanted to name their ogryn "Werner-Herzogryn" (or something along those lines) and the name was not allowed
