Hadron Omega 7-7 isn`t Tech-Priest
Servoskull breaks 3-4 times in one break-in. If Hadron is such a cool mechanic, then what's the problem? It would be more logical if the enemies broke the servoskull

The way the dialogue is ingame, the wording she uses - It has me believe, that may have been the original design intend - Especially since the enemies flock towards the objectives.

I guess they didn't finish it or found it balancewise impossible to implement, so instead had it automated in the end like it is now, where at certain "breakpoints" it will just break.

Also, you can explain it away in the lore by the machine spirits and Omnissiah being finicky. But yeah, I personally chalk it up to development issues and another small detail that could be improved upon.

They break because you used the wrong lubrication oil and did not speak the right litany of activation while handling it with your grubby meat-hands. Also forgot to pay your respects to the holy toaster in the mess hall. That's bound to draw some temper tantrums from the Machine spirits.

As is, i can add some extra: way we deliver it to the battlefield and amount on colletaral over armor and bags - it's really a miracle, those things are working, non the less. Still okey, also don't forget about enemy "sabotage" on the ship.

She is Kerillian 2.0 from Vemintide
Semi-immortal, always speaking in a belittling manner to others, and would still most likely die to a pox walker using an old rusty pipe as a weapon.

People moan about tech-priest in 40k not being able to provide freshly manufactured equipment that is not 100-1000 years old and it's a miracle it continues working coz it jammed two-three times.

Back when I played Payday 2 we had terrible drills that broke EIGHT TO TWELVE times, modern day thermal drills, made by professionals, now that is bad.

In true 40k fashion, most people genuinelly have no clue how things work since their technology is so old and part of the knowledge behind them has been lost either partially or entirelly. Even the Adeptus Mechanicus from Mars worship very old pieces of machinery preciselly because they can't figure out how they work but just the fact that they work is a miracle to them.

Sounds dumb given that it's just a tiny servoskull but welcome to 40k, where there's all sorts of convenient excuses and explanations for any and everything.

Considering chaos corruption and machine spirits do not get along, I'm not surprised the skull or even the interrogators get pissy every once in a while given I am sure there is at least some degree of warp ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ interfering with them at any given time.

She could also just be terrible at her job. Explains why she got stuck dealing with us instead.
