I've got 119 mins in this game, one minute more and no refund xD
So I can create a new caracter and keep my account's overall progress, right?
Yeah, the reaction to "VT2 leveling grind is bad and unnecessary" was "let's make it worse!".
Ive already played this more than VT2 because at its core its a better game, no it doesnt have as much content but the fact that i can make my own characters and customize them makes it %100 the superior game, and i have no problem leveling multiple characters. Never could get into VT2 with its stupid preset characters etc , no thanks.
The loot system is far FAR worse, with far more RNG. There are no private lobbies, and even now that they're "coming" soon you STILL can't go solo. You can't dress, gear, build, or order bots. There's no story. Missions are on an RNG rotation that feels like it's supposed to feature procedurally generated levels only without procedural generation. The grind is far worse, as every character starts from nothing. The cash shop features monopoly money straight from an Asian freemium MMO to obscure and muddle expenses instead of a honest $ for bling setup. From 15 classes at launch and 19 now down to 4, and they're not a shred more complex or deep to justify the lacking selection. The scoreboard is gone for no good reason. In VT2 I launch the game, alt-tab for a minute, and come back to a loaded game without any more waiting or unnecessary inputs; in DT there's several loading screens separated by "PRESS X TO PROGRESS" that only launches yet another loading screen.
Sorry, this game has PROBLEMS.
