Power vs Damage
Is it just a really bad naming gimmick where they both do the same thing, or does power have a different effect than damage?

My question relates to two Power Sword Blessings (these are verbatim, grammar errors included)
1: Hitting at least 3 enemies with an attack, increases your damage by 17.5% for 3 seconds.
2: +12.5% Power for 3.5s on Kill. Stacks 5 times.

No matter what 2 is obviously better (since...power sword, it's gonna get kills) but it made me wonder what the differences are. Is Power just "improve ALL stats" and damage just straight damage? Anyone figured this one out?

I'm not entirely sure but I think damage is just extra damage but extra power might either increase your stagger or increase your stagger AND damage
Usually in fatshark's games power mean overall performance of weapon, while damage is just damage.
Power includes stagger, cleave, damage. Maybe suppression in this game also.
Thanks, that's what I was thinking (without any actual evidence myself). So it seems that the +12.5% power is just orders of magnitude better, eh?

As mentioned, carrying over from Vermintide: Damage is straight damage, the number that goes out of your opponent's health bar. Power translates to damage (different ratios for different weapons, 100 power on an axe can be +10 damage, 100 power on a chainsword can be +5 damage) and cleave, armor piercing, stagger, etc.

That said this game is still very obscure all around with a lot of these modifiers and stats. Impact, Stagger, Britleness, etc.
