DLC plans?

Hey I haven't been following all the news or interviews about this game. I played VT and VT2, and 2 really just started to drain my bank and I stopped after only a few releases. I saw this game has a cash shop, are they still gonna make 30-40$ DLCs or are they subsidizing development with that?

Idea is to go with Chaos Wastes model, free map/mission updates alongside paid premium cosmetics, later on maybe sell 4th premium classes again or bundle weapon dlc if cosmetic funding well dries out.

Yeah, this is more what I meant. Are the maps and updates going to be free, in exchange for the cosmetic shop? Because I can't be dropping 200$ on DLC for this game just to have all the maps and classes and ♥♥♥♥.

It's clearly going to Slanesh DLC, with maps that look like a Disco-tech with all kinds of Demon-Strippers, from the Heir Metal Mountain. However there is no way we will get to see the three ancient demons Uno, Boggle and Yahtzee.

yeah, again, not asking if they are going to have updates, im specifically asking if it's going to be 30$ DLC packs, like VT2 did. we're getting updates for sure. the question is am i pouring in 30$ more into this game every 6 months to keep up with them? games good at 40$, i wouldnt mind 10$ dlcs, but a big reason i stopped playing VT2 was because i stopped playing for a few months and to get all the new ♥♥♥♥ I was going to have to drop like 100$, and it just wasn't worth more than double what i paid for the game in the first place.

yeah the new dlc is the crafting system dlc and the any map any difficulty dlc and the refresh armory shop dlc and the class balance dlc and the build variety dlc. Also countless game stability dlc lmao.

They said they will not paywall new content DLC. Not sure about new classes/subclasses though, but i don't think they'll paywall those either. They seem to wanna just do payed cosmetics... at least for now.

Fatshark is incapable of doing that and they know it. Each new class for vermintide 2 took like 7-9 months to complete. With the state of the game being this incomplete there is no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ way they will be able to pull off and new class every quarter. They are to mismanaged and to unorganized to ever hope to do something like that lol
