Zealot's "just a flesh wound" penance

this penance is the definition of terrible game development. It straight up makes you play like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ assclown and grief every game. You cant just que for it because nobody plays on Heretic or higher so every match is a hope and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ prayer to get even 1 player and not 3 bots. FatShark is a joke.

and train ur ass so u can fight with less than 50% hp never go down never need to use medical post that is main thing
what left is to find a group that can go though heresy
u can just go killing spree normal just dont scavenge then u can finish an assassin mission under 20 min
no rush need
u dont need to go down at start to keep ur hp low u just need to hit few barrel to lose hp
and keep ur hp less than 50% and remember no ♥♥♥♥♥♥ wound curio that thing is useless in any difficult u r more useful if u never go down

that is true for vet penance but there is nothing wrong with zealot penance right now
it can be hard but if u can do it legit way right now u ll never go down again when play zealot

Penance is good, it should be hard thats what gives the reward its value, if everyone had it it would ruin it

get 3 max health curios, the highest i have seen is +21% health but +20% health is more common

use holy reverent build, weapons are up to you use what your good with

play either assassination or espionage on heresy with low enemy concentration those are the fastest

having a full team of zealots is best since speed, having one vet is also very good to deal with high priority targets but might fall behind, loadout is more important than classes make sure or get lucky with your team and have weapons for dealing with all types of threats

only try this penance once you have beaten all mission types on heresy so you are used to the difficult setting

most importantly ask for consent, ask your team to help with the penance

Your best strat is to play with friends.
Everything is possible with friends.
If not, just play normally but with low HP. Try shorter missions like assassinations. You will unlock it at some point.

Get as much bonus health as you can via trinkets, don't wear any + wound trinkets, use the feat that heals you during the iron heart thingy, play the game. That's how I did it.

Put over 400 hours into Vermintide on at least legend difficulty. It won't prepare you for getting shot at, but you'll learn how to kite like the legend himself; Kiteman

A couple of thousand hours on Cataclysm and I found that all of the penances are so easy that they can best be classed as jokes. And then they nerfed them when they released the game.

You can't expect to breeze through them, they're meant to be somewhat challenging. Just keep playing the game, get better at it and eventually you'll get everything you want.

You want to get downed to one wound as soon as possible and then speed run the rest of the game. Pre-made of course is prefered.

I know there was an exploit where if your team wipe its treated as mission complete. Not sure if they fixed it or not. Most Zealot just get wounded wait for a few minutes then wipe on purpose to get it.

na make friends with 3 zealots, all run daggers and boot it thru shortest map...have to look that part up cause idk. i did it a while back
