Crash after 5+ min and get a LiveKernelEvent error when it happens.

This game is the only game that gives me a LiveKernelEvent.
updating windows and all driver.
Testing memory and fully reinstall Nvidia drivers and still the same.
CPU, Ram, GPU, Mobo and PSU is fine and doesn't have any problems with other games.

Didn't have this problem the day i got the game and the same with some days after.
i started to have the problem when the latest Nvidia Driver came out but i don't think that is the problem anymore because i tried to roll back and the same thing happened.

so guess i paid for a game i can't play like most other people who just crash.
Note: RTX fully turned off and have tried to lower everything.
