Report a translation problem
There are some available in game, but most are recolors or the same shirt/pants but with a different belt or ammo pack. There's the penances too. Most of Ogryns are tolerable (generally) but the one with the unique body cosmetic is pretty rough from what I understand.
Not a great solution but there it is.
We are not prisoners. That hot take is hot like the inside of a freshly-lain turd.
We were prisoners, at level 0. By level 30, we're literally part of an Inquisitor's retinue.
Surely the Imperial Inquisition can find non-hobo clothes for members of its retinue.
And like I and others said, there's in-game cosmetics. If you haven't gone to the weapon shop or looked at your challenges/penances, that's how you get them.
GEt gooder, do penances, get nice armors.
