A 1070 is way better than a 1050ti.
This video pairs 1050ti with 5600X

OP if you're cool with 10's - 30's for FPS, you may be able to squeak by with FSR, but it probably won't be super enjoyable.
Basically, if you wanna take the risk OP, then buy it and find out. Will say though that if you're barely reaching minimum requirements it might be best to hold off until you get an upgrade.
Blatant lies
FX-8350
Heres how I run the game at around 40 fps (some maps it drops below 20 in specific areas):
Everything on low.
1600x900 resolution.
FSR2 to ultra performance.
And sure, the game looks muddy, but the more i play it the more i think it looks like an oil painting in motion, and the more i think like that, the more ok i am with it. It's still very playable i've spent over 150 hours now i think. Once you get over the whole "boo hoo i play on low settings"-mindset, you'll soon find yourself having a lot of fun (unless ofc. the game isn't for you, which could be a possibility)
