Anyone know of any way I can get a refund or return this item, lol.

I seriously love it and sold some old steam cards to get some Aquilas for my Zealot, but as soon as I put it on, I immediately regretted it -- the fact that it gets rid of his beard is the deal breaker. If the preview window allowed me to view my character instead of the generic shadow model, this wouldn't have been an issue.

Or is the fact that his beard is gone a bug? I don't even know. Someone plz help.
