This game pushes my total system RAM usage to 14-15GB RAM
Just saying. I think that is the first time I see a game using that much RAM. I feel like my next rig should maybe go with 32GB RAM, lol. Of course, maybe the game is just unoptimized or has a memory leak.

14-15gb depending on your ram and cpu/gpu is reasonable most likely.. it kinda sounds like you have slow RAM sticks tho and possibly a slow cpu as well paired with )

There is a memory leak.

Multiple users have reported it on the forums and they said they're "looking into it".

I am closer to 18 gigs and vram is only half used.

Same. I have 16 gigs of RAM and it's just using up a lot more than it should. I have 12 gigs of VRAM, a 3060, 1 TB hard drive, i7, 10 cores. Cyberpunk uses less than Darktide but at least they fixed the FPS issues. I recently got a new gaming rig so you can imagine my disappointment that even with a 3060 I still get fps drops until they fixed it. Was about to go crazy on their forums.

Yeah it's a memory leak that unfortunately I began getting a few hours ago out of the blue. Had finally configured things to keeping around 65-75fps and then a couple missions later doing a 180 to check behind me would randomly just drop me to 0fps and give me vertigo irl.

when game first launches it uses 9gb anyway without any map loaded. its no suprise. your windows also blocks between 3to6 gigs aswell. not much room left. stutter time.

age of 32gig being a norm has come this year and next year. preferably ddr5.

Yeah the game is using too much RAM. I'm not convinced it's a memory leak (I think too many people band that term around without actually knowing what it means) but I have seen it reach 18gb on my system which isn't right.

Maybe thats why I got no Problems and can Run on 40-60 FPS despite only having a 2060 Super and a Ryzen.

I got 32gb Ram :)

This game has recommended 16GB Ram.

Lower texture quality to save it, if you expect minimal requirement, then you need to set minimal settings.

My performance monitor regularly reports 17-18gb RAM usage once in a map. Windows 10.

After the patches so far its now around 10GB. Guess they optimized it.
