Super low pitched Ogryn voice

After the game released my Ogryn, who previously had a beautiful angelical voice, now sounds like he is talking underwater, in a super reverb low pitch tune, slowed down. I talked with some people and the problem is apparently random.

Anyone else having this issue too?

Are you using the Beta-helmet? Cause my ogryn's voice change to the low pitched variant when I use that helmet.
Perhaps the game thinks that the helmet has a "gasmask" and therefor
change the voice to sound like the ogryn have a gasmask on.

Same problem, I indeed pinpointed it to the helmet. While i find the voicecvhange somewhat nice, it's irritating when looking at the model and hearing the voice. So either changing the voice back or add a mask to the helmet....

Guess we get default voice back lads.

Thought it was just me, but this is a recent change? the voice wasn't low when i was using the helmet initially.

Either a bug or has something to do with the new 'dialogue pitch' volume control in settings, which you can raise or lower the dB level.. a strange feature. Not sure if that's just for your ears or everyone hears it that way. Also not sure if it's for all characters, including NPC's, or just yours.

I have the same issue with my Ogryn, but the voice of my Zealot doesn't change with the helmet on. Maybe Ogryns don't know how to properly wear a helmet.

they probably tried to eat it and got some plastic piece stuck on their throats.
But yeah, removing the helmet solves the issue
