Where are my Beta helmets?

Hello,
I searched the discussions, I googled it, tried to find videos...
I look in the ingame shops, in the ingame cosmetic menus...

But I can't find the Beta helmets anywhere and yes of course I played the beta, but only in the last couple of weeks (mostly actually in the last week of the beta)

SO what am I missing here? other than the helmets that is ;)

I got the helmet and the portrait frame, but none of the other cosmetics we were supposed to get, even though I got like a dozen notifications for each individual reward I got.

I got the helmet but that was it.

I didnt get a backpack, even though I preordered.

Yes, I also got notifications about all the cosmetics including the helmets but they are nowhere to be found...

Imperial edition? if not that's why.

The pre-order bonuses were only for the Imperial edition of the game. So if you just bought the regular version, they weren't included.

Any cosmetics you own should be in the in-game player menu under cosmetics.
