get that Astartes Bolter idea out of your head
And given how sacred Astartes armaments are, they would never, ever give a Boltgun of that calibre to them—the weapon is actually much more complex than the Locke pattern we use in the game (and that's specifically designed for non-augmented human use), and a Heavy Bolter actually has even more complexity. The Ogryns wouldn't know how to use them.
Legit all Ogryn weapons are designed to be brutal, efficient - and most importantly since their most intelligent is still on the dense side, simple.
Cadian pattern armor though is a possibility. Even though we technically already wear armor on the Veteran that is replicant of Cadian pattern - as it became staple throughout the Imperium as a blueprint.
