Ryzen5 5600X + GTX 1070 + 2K resolution = Less than 60 FPS on LOW graphics
Anybody having the same issue? My CPU is used for about 35%, GPU is used for about 50-60%... and my FPS is not going higher than 60FPS on LOW graphics. I changed my resolution to 1080P and I'm still not getting much more... maybe 80FPS.

1070 was a budget card 5 years ago. 80 fps on 1080p is good enough with your setup. A budget 3060 ti runs 50% faster than a 1070.

turn on FSR 2.0 to quality. And avoid 1440p with a 1070.

1070 was not a budget card. 1050 was. Or even a 1060.

Since when is a GTX 1070 a budget card? GTX 1060 or below was budget.
And the real question is... why is my CPU running at 30% and GPU running at 55%. If it truly was "struggling", wouldn't it run at +80%?

It depends on your monitor.

2K 1920x1080 (see DTV)

4K 3840x2160 (see 4K TV).

4.5K 4480x2520 (see 4.5K resolution).

5K 5120x2880 (see 5K monitor)

6K 6144x3160 (see 6K resolution)

8K 7680x4320 (see 8K TV)

It's because the engine is bottlenecking on several things right now. It will get better once Fatshark is getting on optimization more. I've also noticed some strange hardware behavior. There are scenes that are just locked to specific framerates because of some bugs. IT'll get better but don't expect any wonders on 1070 though. You need a new GPU man. (:

CPU not maxing out is absolutely normal in games. At least if you're not playing CSGO @ 800FPS ^^

2K displays are those whose width falls in the 2,000-pixel range. More often than not, you’ll find 2K monitors with a display resolution of 2560x1440, that’s why it’s often shortened to 1440p.

As I said, it depends on what monitor you use.
On a HD or UHD TV where some of us play my numbers are correct.

1070 is not a budget card. It's a mid-range card with impressive performance and tdp for its role.

1060 and 1050 can be said to be budget cards. Also, a 1070 runs most new games well in 1440p.
