I main Zealot personally as his overall stability in any difficulty is consistent and has extremely high clear speed, low elite ttk, and can use bolter, provides team ehp and stagger.

for heresy and damnation ive found vet falls of a fair bit and psyker becomes so much stronger.
Zealot is great in all difficulties.

Veteran all the way, because Ogryn is just *in* the way and Psyker won't stop Psyk-splaining to you why they need you to stop "stealing all the kills". Zealot is ok when they're not dousing you in flames.

overall you nead a good tank = ogryn & at least one good carpace & boss dmg on team = sharpshooter.... rest is for doing all other things like taging , shoting & all that... simple ?
Psyker can be really good support if he goes for sith lord build :D for stuns x] if not then he only kills what probably would give your teammates the shield after kiling :P = bad synergyon higer difficulties imo.

Preacher - S+
Veteran - A
Psyker - B
Ogryn - C

From a personal (most fun for myself) perspective

Ogryn - S+
Veteran - A+
Psyker - B
Preacher - B

This is presuming heresy or damnation difficulty from my own experience.

Obviously a combination of these are ideal, but I feel some of their usefulness is higher than others.

Having reached level 30 for each class:
1. Zealot
2. Veteran/Psyker
3. Ogryn

Zealot has probably the best perks out of all classes, with a strong arsenal.
Veteran and Psyker are more specialized around the strong weapons they have access to.
Ogryn has mediocre perks and the smallest arsenal of all classes.

At 1 of them, I think psyker with lightning staff is the best. That staff makes it so much easier to do everything.

Other than that Veteran best, then Zealot or Psyker running not lightning staff, and Ogryn lowest.

That being said, I know zealot has some crit build that just murders everything, and I haven't gotten the gear for that, so maybe zealot is the best.
