Yeah No. We are not a Delta lol.
Considering a Delta can Flick his Hand to just Squash a Man in Seconds without any effort and without needing to Calm down after doing it Twice.

Whereass we need to Load up an Ability for Several Seconds just to Squash someones Head.
And if we do it Twice we are basicly at our Limit and need to Calm down.



Considering our Backstory we would actually be around Iota/Theta/Eta Level.
Basicly being Skilled Psykers that can Control their Ability with some Effort.

At best we would be in the Zeta/Epsilon Range. But then we would, at least for now, be on the lower Level. Being a very Powerful Psyker that is actually at the Point of being a Major Threat to the Planet if not kept under Control.
But this is actually Unlikely because these Psykers would still be able to basicly just Throw several People around by Waving their Hand.

Probably a solid high-epsilon. Low delta at the maximum. They don't have the raw power you see the more powerful psykers have, but considering how often it can be used with little to no breaks in between.

Psyker levels aren't always down to sheer power in some lore. There was a interesting case in the gaunt's ghosts novels who was all but stated to be a high beta. They weren't nuking armies like you would expect someone of that power level to do, but they had some other crazy abilities, like completely unknowingly creating a perfect psychic copy of a commanding officer who (unknownst to everyone) had been dead for over a week.

Hell, considering the psyker character seems to have some level of fourth-wall awareness, they could be a lot higher than they seem.

you mean like stating openly Big-I was against religion at all and stuff like that?
pretty sure the Zealot would kill him on the spot for just considering the possibility of knowing Emprah's will, but somehow he/she doesnt

why do i think the delta? because consistency lower lvl psykers go kablooey without exeptions after this much "work" :D its not that we need to calm down but that we CAN calm down :) and some voice lines really sussy like "this world plaaplaa maby we should end it" :D

Your character dabbles in all of the Psychic Disciplines, Biomancy, Divination, Pyromancy, Telekinesis, Telepathy so this suggests a high level of aptitude which raises their grade but also doesn't manifest alot of power despite having a range of abilities from each discipline which lowers their grade but they can also kill an abomination solo which raises their grade once again so i would say somewhere between Episilon and Delta which is quite powerful but not god mode.

He also openly speaks about Tyranids in causal conversation, though not sure how he came to know of such things.
