I have a RTX 3080 and getting 40 FPS

I play at 4K. I change to 2K and get the same 40 FPS. I have messed with the settings and still get 40 FPS.

60-80 RTX on seem to be my experience too.
FPS not stable at all tho will prob turn RTX off, Reflex off, Vsync off.
Bought the GPU for RTX and all games just struggle bad with it lol.

OP weird fix fior me was update drivers which is obvious BUT, i had to power off my PC and then power it back on (not resatrt option, its turn off option. for whatever reason this happened to me with the spiderman game also. just update pc. Turn pc off not restart, start up again and its fixed. no idea why this happens but it happened to me with these 2 games no others.

3080 running over 100. Utilization sits around 50% to 55%. Mind you I have more than just the game running.

There is some kind of CPU bottleneck, I get a similar framerate with my 3090 and it doesn't change much from high to low quality

I am in same boat game suggested medium and it look great and I get 120 fps (locked) but super jittery to point I can't play it. Putting everything on low and just looks worse and still has jitter and still 120 fps.

Probably due to frame drop. Do you have Ray Tracing on? Turn it off.

Im getting 70-75 fps at 1080p with everything ultra and ray tracing low - RTX2080 + i9 9900.

Hopefully their cards do not melt. 4090 is overpriced garbage atm.

3080 Ryzen 7 5800x3d everything on high, 3440x1440 and got 100-120fps most of the time.

That is such crap tho, Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling makes it so shadowplay doesn't work properly.

i have the same issue, got 3080 as well, play other games really well on Max, but i am getting 30 to 40 top in here.

2060 Super, Ryzen 5 3600 OC'd, and 32gb RAM running at 1440p-144hz. 60-70 FPS, rarely dips to 50, haven't seen it go under. Game runs pretty stable for me. Settings at High, with Motion Blur and Depth off.

weirdly i got a 3070ti and i was getting decent performance the last couple days. i mostly turn raytracing off cause its kind of a performance heavy gimmick and i was getting anywhere from 80-144 frames, but suddenly after updating my drivers ive been getting sudden hitching where the framerate drops down to the low 30-40s almost randomly.
