Low Settings
Is it possible with a GTX1060 and Intel I7-8780 to get 60 fps on low settings?

As long as you follow Vermintide 2 Potato guide (same engine) maybe you can even get some medium settings mixed in.

Remember you don't have to go THAT far, just follow general tips and you will get quite a boost.

In my opinion at 1080p you'll be around 40 - 45 fps. 50 if lucky. With drops.

Are you using the 3GB version or the 6GB one? The 3GB, while being much cheaper, has severe limitations compared to its sister counterpart. For Vermintide 2 I had the 1060 6GB and the game ran consistently fine for me. However, Darktide is going to be much different from Vermintide.

Theoretically you should be fine since it's the same engine as Vermintide 2; but I'm really not sure since they're recommending people to use the 3k series cards to even hit 60fps.

Since people are being so nice and helping out OP. Does anyone know if my 17-8700 and 2060 can run this reliably? Kind of worried now after the recent dev blog performance post.

the recommended requirements reads a bit like a joke. i mean sure, vermintide 2 is a bit older than darktide now but what then? why they go with hardware now when they could improve also for people with not so good graphic cards :/

What kind of card is the 2060? The super version?

Without Ray Tracing yes, with Ray Tracing nobody can tell it was hilariously broken during closed beta, it would kill performance even if you went low on everything, nobody knows how it performs after it was fixed.
