How do I get the bonus content (page 4) for that one, the tip is "you must have chosen secret oral santa but you don't know her secret yet"

Same for me. I tried every variation possible and still the BC does not open. Is this a glitch?

At the party, you need to do secret oral santa and then you need to ask to eat her out so she doesn't show you her ♥♥♥♥. Then wait until Day 6 evening after the coffee shop scene, you'll have a chance to walk her home. This will get you the bonus.
