1-Guild Sage
2-Hisevius Runemaster
3-Aelynna, The Conjurer
4-Deep Impact
I don't have much experience playing The Fallen, but Demonic Cauldron and Shaak'ze, The Cursed are both excellent cards. I'm not so sure about Velroth, The Hopestealer, and I've never seen it played. Cauldron is one of the strongest finishers in the game, which you can actually build around if you want, while Shaak'ze is, I guess, potentially the strongest heavy control card in existence. Even so, I'd rate the top three Tower legendaries above all Fallen legendaries.
Given that you're going for this particular faction combo and you're new to the game, I'd suggest taking Aelynna first. Dropping her and casting a free Vampirism (compare that to Deep Impact, for one thing) or Sleight of Hand can easily swing games. Guild Sage and Hisevius rank higher than her on my list because they can impact earlier parts of the game, but no card really has the same "deep impact," ironically, as Aelynna. Those other two cards also require a little more forethought to build around and play, while Aelynna's relatively easy to use effectively. As you get further up the ladder early play might become more important, but Aelynna never loses relevance, and whenever games are going long, you can't really ask for a better closer.
