Awesome update! Will the ATV trailer be found in a random POI and need repaired or is it something we can build?

I know, I don't need a new save, but I want one.

Steam is slow n sluggish today so I'm not sue if this has been answered. A trader will give you the location for a small price. It will then need to be repaired.
