For me, because I do alot of looting, the new coffee and tea are good money makers. I also sell off any wire more than one stack, large health kits, and small health kits. Later, I sell cement in bulk as well.

Bone shards don`t take up much room, easy to get, and a stack of 50 gives $3

I sell the bone shards after they are made into arrows. Plant fiber to make rope and sticks are very abundant as are feathers. a stack of 40 is worth quite a bit, too.
