This game is based on Unreal Engine 4.xx.

There is software to be found online that will enable the UE/Developer command line interface with a limited set of commands.
There is also software available online to create scripting to access the game internals.

You can google both.

This forum is beyond the scope of doing such things.
Therefore I will not post the "How To's" and "Where to find".

So short answer is; Yes, it can be done, but you will have to do your own homework.
