After a while its easy to spot unreal or unity engines (most indie games will use one of those two)

Unreal has this raw gritty kind of feel, an unpolished menu system will look kinda dos game basic.
Unity has this clean cad look with a canned menu system that makes me want to puke when I see it.
*that's by default not impossible for the dev creator to turn it around.

Out of indie games, I like 90% of how unreal games look, and I like about 10% of how unity games look, I think its easier to build in unity so you'll get more crap being made on avg.

Also unreal has megascan assets which are free for unreal users, which I recognize in this game, those look nice for sure as they are scanned real life.
